The Services are owned and operated by Deuceboi (“we,” “our,” or “us”) with the help of Printful Inc. (“Printful”). By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

By using our Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that we may publish from time to time on the Site, including, without limitation, our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, do not use the Site or the Services.
2. Services
We provide warehousing and fulfillment services (the “Warehousing Services”) in collaboration with Printful. The Warehousing Services include receiving, storing, and preparing inventory (“Products”) for shipment directly to customers (“Customers”) upon instructions by you, the user (“User” or “you”). Printful also handles Customer exchanges and returns.
3. Use of Warehousing Services
By using the Warehousing Services, you authorize Printful to receive and store inventory on your behalf, and to prepare and ship Products to your Customers. You agree to comply with all terms and conditions of Printful’s policies, including but not limited to their Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Pricing Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference and can be found on Printful’s website.
4. User Responsibilities
- Account Registration: You may need to create an account with us to use certain Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date.
- Inventory: You are responsible for providing accurate information about your inventory. You must ensure that your Products comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Customer Orders: You are responsible for all orders placed by your Customers and for ensuring that all orders are fulfilled in compliance with these Terms of Service.
- Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights, including without limitation, laws regarding intellectual property, privacy, and publicity.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Printful processes Customer exchanges and returns on your behalf. For more information on returns, please refer to our Return Policy.
6. Shipping
Printful handles the shipping of Products to your Customers. Shipping terms and conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as Deuceboi sunglasses, are non-refundable and all sales are final. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deuceboi and Printful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Services by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services.
